( Program mode/ISO 100/1.07 firmware.) Using Lightroom and Sigma's PhotPro 3.2 for Mac, the photo's are unrecoverable. MAcro shots under controlled light sources do not seem to exhibit the issue. I'm not sure if the camera sensor or firmware is the problem. Like your camera, my is still under warranty. Has Sigma made any effort to respond or correct?
